if egghead ends next chapter, we will probably see weevil when the strawhats sail to elbaf off screen. i think the fandom will be mad, because weevil won't be "yonko level". people overvalue the kizaru praise. young wb doesn't neccessarily mean peak wb. unlike luffy, wb, garp or roger didn't maste rall haki types when they were 20. roger became pirateking when he was 50. garp became hero of the navy when he was 38. back then wb was still working under someone. weevil does everything his mother tells him. not a conqueror. no strong will. so perhaps not even strong haki of the other two types. he is stronger than the wb captains. they got stalled by maynard level vice admirals. so weevil could be around as strong as barto. maybe bakkins is very strong though. she was a rocks pirate. she could surprise people in the other direction. weevil and marco will probably clash. i think neither will win deceisively. one will flee. perhaps weevil and his mother. not sure yet.

i like the df idea but weevil will fight with bakkin against nami. bakkin means fine. nami likes to fine people. both are greedy. both have a living weapon. zeus and weevil are both stupid and like to eat. nami feed zeus clouds and bakkin probably feeds weevil human food to control him better. bakkin even looks like a cobolt. those creatures are said to have hidden a pot of gold. instead she is chasing old, the imaginary treasure of wb. nami also looks for gold.
Comparable or maybe stronger than Yamato is where I see him showing off in strength.
I expect him to be more of an antagonist than an ally especially with his mom convincing him to hate on the Whitebeard allies and remnants and Luffy being on good terms with them.
He'll probably get a lot of hype as the arcs proceed. Maybe Fujitora will go after him cause I haven't seen Fuji do anything since the Revos incident and no one seems to have gone after Weevil but at this point I think Fuji might just not do anything for a while so maybe some other alternative route for Weevil hype.
I hate looking at him honestly and I hope him and Marco face off in the final war or at some point.
