Example:

Luffy = Captain
Zoro = Vice captain
Sanji = Cook
Nami = Navigator
Usopp = Sniper
Chopper = Doctor
Robin = Archaeologist
Franky = Shipwright
Brook = Musican
Jimbei = Helmsman
Now we have:
1.) Captain
2.) Vice captain
3.) Cook
4.) Navigator
5.) Sniper

Now we can use a random link, for example from Vsbattle. (Of course you can chose another Wiki or page, that is only one example. Its up to you, what do you take. If you like only One Piece characters, or characters from the Villains Wiki, Wikipedia, etc. )
If you don´t get a character, you have to use the link again. The first character that appeared is the captain, the second will be the vice captain, etc.
