Powers & Abilities What if actual tactics, strategies and plans were made ?

What if One Piece actually made smarter uses of their devil fruits and ressources, and could make real plans, tactics and strategies in and outside of battle ?

What are some plans for battle, assassination, thievery and other special missions that could be done with certain devil fruits ?

What are some tactics that could be imagined and put in action with devil fruits ?

This was my biggest issue with Onigashima as a whole. For a war, it had little strategy and no tactics. It was a bum rush to ambush Kaido and from then on, it was a drunken bar fight (maybe fitting for one side.) And for a nation of samurai, outnumbered and outgunned, you’d think there would be a degree of planning for the fight.

and I don’t mean that worthless “we have Kaido’s home schematics” I mean putting that into the plot. Setting up goals that invariably weaken, separate or take out the Beast Pirates.

Thriller Barks Oars fight was pretty awesome tactics wise, the combo attacks, the focus fire on a specific goal, and so forth.

Alabasta had pretty Great War tactics knowing Vivi was their target and knowing they had a clone power against them the straw hats were actually incredibly smart with their diversion and division tactics so Vivi could get her job done.

Ironically, these are the two most notable times the crew was without Luffy…

The Big Mom Pirates have lots of devil fruits that can be very useful for defense, infiltration, sabotage and support in battle with Cracker creating hundreds of his biscuit soldiers, as well as walls, spikes and armors made of biscuit, same with Perospero and the two could combine their respective devil fruits and substances for extra reinforced defenses, armors and soldiers; Katakuri and his mochi that can be used to obstruct artillery, create traps to immobilize enemies in masses and him using his FS to predict the enemy moves, as well as earplugs against their mother's screams and other sonic attacks; Smoothies and her liqud slashes against ships and masses of enemies; Brûlée and her mirror powers and access to the Mirror World for espionnage, infiltration and sabotage; Opera and his burning cream which he possibly could use to create lakes traps against foes or burn ships from the inside via the mirrors inside them in combination with Brûlée's df, Streusen and his ability to turn nearly every item and matter into food, Bobbin and his sleep powers, Oven and his heat devil fruit, etc...
