Big Mom's skin is impenetrable so I doubt we would see her get infected by the ice bullet to be honest. But if she does indeed get infected by ice bullet then she can probably try to manipulate ice at her will.

I don't think she would die easily, absolutely not as easily as a fodder.

We know from the long gone times of Magellan how Oda portrays stronger characters as more resistant to these kinds of scourges without a concrete reason, if not plot armor I suppose.

So in other words, she would later on die if not cured yes, but it would take eons before witnessing her dead body......

I assumed that the biological weapons can affect any entity that exposed to it due to radiation.

A: She will be fine as long as she has Prometheus. Even when she doesn't has Prometheus around her, imho, generating fire-like creature is easy for her.
