Is there any real need for inviting an Admiral to be a Holy Knight?
Moving Ryokugyu from Admiral to HK is effectively moving the world wide known CD bodyguard, who also fights pirates, to a side role of being a CD arbiter who is far more clandestine and out of the public conscious.
It seems to limit what an Admiral already does. Plus there’s the question of “becoming a CD”. One thing giving that honour to a prince of Epbaf in order to gain the power of the strongest country in the world, but would they grant it to a former convict who already works for them?
