Speculations What is the point of CP0 if the god knights exist?

The CP0 were supposed to be the unseen elite agents of the WG that operate in the dark, but now that the god knights exist it begs the question why would Cipher Pol ever be necesary if the god knights are clearly much stronger and more competent?

Imagine if the strawhats had to fight the god knights instead of CP9 in ennies lobby LOL

HK - generals of the military might of the WG that stand above even the marines in hierarchy. For most people they're basically gorosei without political power.

CP0 - Secret service of the WG that mainly operates clandestine. They can't order marines around, or vice versa, owe them no explanation and potentially work even against them, as seen with Drake.
