Personally? If people legit think that Saturn is the reason Kizaru can't move and it's not just cope about Luffy more or less one-shotting him?

I see no scenario where Sautrn and all other Gorosei are not confirmed God-tier. Putting a Top Tier on the floor with what looks to be an AOE that is passive would be just insane.

It was never up for debate, it was a miniority denialist group high on copium arguing against the manga and some Yonko fans entertaining them.

Literally everything has been stacked against Admirals ever since Marineford when a Sick Whitebeard was having his commanders beat on them.

Zoro vs Sanji is the only real agenda war.

Who said that? Saturn's hax only works on people weaker than rear Admirals like Lanji and Bonney.

Akainu started firing against Ohara when Aokiji and other marine/WG members were still at island.

Aokiji let Saul and Robin get away(Robin 2x) and also didn't captured Strawhats(At least Luffy and Zoro that had bounties).

Fujitora let Law and Luffy escape even after Akainu directly tolding him to captured them. Then he helped freeing slaves against Tenryuubitos will and orders.

Greenbull went against Akainu's orders and almost shamed marine name(or shamed) trying to facing Alliance all by himself.

Kizaru is just chilling a bit after some hard work(he infiltrated Egghead allowed marines to get inside and took control of pacifistas while also maintaining a Yonko busy and then out of combat and removing any possibility of Vegapunk to escape) since he knows the situation is controlled in their favor.
