Sasuke pulled off a really impressive stealth-prep just before the fight with Naruto by immediately sealing all of the Tailed Beasts using Chibaku Tensei all at once.

I didn’t even know that the chakra of the Tailed Beasts could be extracted directly from them and transferred into the CT user like that.

Naruto only had chakra for a single regular sized Rasengan left after Sasuke's Rinnegan siphoned the chakra that Kurama was trying to gather up, and that was only possible because Kurama lent the last of his remaining chakra to do so.
