Finally i'll say we'r there, to the end of the series, somehow. I couldn't fathom a yonko beeing down until now, given that he is in full power and not diminished and fighting the whole world like WB and even there he was killed by trickery and Luffy isn't a fan of this.

It'll be an insane double spread just imagine...

What are you expecting to feel like, if you see them both - meme and laido - getting taken down by mostly an enraged and glorious Luffy who is near inconscious ?

luffy is the only one who can, let's see what the 9 red scabbards did kaido with adv haki Emission, luffy will destroy kaido with Internal Destruction

Among the alliance, Luffy is the only one who can beat Kaidou. So Kaidou being beaten by Luffy who has u
FS + Penetration Armament-Harmonized Gear, unhindered by plot, is a strong feasibility. If Luffy can't even beat the main competition to be PK, if powerlevel-wise he needs babysitters to take down Kaidou alongside him even though Kaidou aims to become PK as well as he does, if he isn't sufficiently strong enough by his own, then Oda has tainted Luffy's dream the worst in all of OP.

About Luffy being exhausted during the final attack, well Kaidou would also be tired, it's not much of an asspull if Oda make Luffy is the one who greatly powers-up instead of Kaidou being greatly nerfed. If both sides are nerfed to similar degree, a win is a win.

BM falling though, i don't think Luffy will do it. Imo it would take women to give the final blow. The others such as Zoro or Kidd may play major part as well.

I feel like Kaido and Big Mom are almost "filler" characters. I know they arent actually filler,i just mean that they were created at some point by Oda but they are not connected to the endgame stuff like Shanks and Blackbeard are. So i guess i will say "cool!" but also "ok now lets take care of the endgame stuff".

Funny enough in this case the Shichibukai are the "filler" characters. The Yonko were allegedly created with the initial story in mind. It was always Oda's goal to have Luffy defeat the Yonko before becoming Pirate King. But then his story got grander even just within the first 50 chapters. The Shichibukai elongated everything, then he introduced Blackbeard who took over Whitebeard in every way.

IMO, this is why Oda introduced the Rocks plot, to make BM and Kaido more relevant to the to endgame and other Yonko's. I do believe Blackbeard and Shanks have history with Rocks and God Valley in some way, and starting that Rocks storyline here in Wano is just for that reason. We still got a ways to go though. Who knows how Wano even ends at this point. Do the BMP fight too? Do the former Rocks pirates show up or does Blackbeard recruit them after? What about Weevil? There's a ton of "Rocks" related stuff we have no idea if Wano is resolving or not.

Thats true. And i agree its very possible Wano's ending will be very "endgame-related" in a big way!
