Kidd could unlock AdCoC here to give us an epic AdCoC battle. The only explanation I can think of is Oda was reluctant to portray Kidd as "one of the very strongest". Thats why Big Mom conveniently forgot her AdCoC to give Kidd and Law level playing field.

Because it is for her, those attacks have much greater range, much greater speed, much greater AOE. Big Mom isn't Kaidou or Luffy, she isn't some speed demon who's gonna be blitzing people with advCoC around her fists, her most effective way of fighting is with her homies. Easy to look good cheapshotting a giant target not paying attention to you.

Sure she could throw in a couple of attacks here or there if she finds an opening her homies give her, but this fights been off panel the entire time.
