OT: Oden would make the most sense, but we’ve likely seen all the times he physically interacted with the old bitch and it doesn’t appear she ever made contact.

Considering that, I’m leaning towards Kin’emon, but I just don’t know under what circumstances they would have been close enough to one another.

There's a traitor in Oden castle. It's plausible they were alone with the kids at some point, and had them meet the old lady who can easily pass off as a harmless old granny.

Firstly, it had to had been recent, because she mimicked the correct-aged Momonusuke.

Which means that she did two things. She touched Momonusuke and she also overheard Oden's plan to attack Kaido.

This probably means that she became a retainer. Which retainer, remains to be seen.
