We know from Egghead that the One Piece World was once one giant continent that got scattered and parts destroyed during the War 900 years ago? But did the Sky Islands exist before the War? Or were they Created when the Land broke apart, and while some of the Land sank to the bottom of the Sea, did some of it get shot up into the Sky?
