Always been my favorite non EB5 Straw Hat since Ennies Lobby.
He’s the only one that Oda feels like he enjoys writing and it shows. His fight with Senor Pink made a mid tier minor villain super memorable and his fight with Sasaki was definitely the most fun of the Tobi Roppo fight.
Combine these moments with the wacky shit he does like singing a theme song while running over Big Mom or the Franky Nipple Light gag there’s a lot of stuff to love about Franky. I do miss his pre timeskip design though

Nami’s an odd case.
I don’t think she has had any really amazingly memorable moments in a long time, but she does (usually) get relatively good focus throughout an arc. And she does step up and stop being damsel in distress most of the times when she gets pissed off about something.
I think Egghead is the actually the worst Nami arc by far, where she really doesn’t get to do anything.
She’s usually a reliable 6/7 out of 10, but hasn’t been more than that for donkeys years. Hopefully Elbaf changes that.
Taken over the entirety if the series I think she is top five, maybe top three. Great pre-skip, decent post-skip.
