This is a really good thread, both themes are great at what they’re supposed to do for Itachi & Pein—express mystery and power respectively.
between them, I prefer Pein’s. It really pairs well with his character and is used sparingly in the series compared to Itachi’s theme. So every time you hear it, you know the moment deserves it.

I'll go with Itachi, but it's barely edging it out over Pain's.
In Senya you can hear the layers behind Itachi's character, that he isn't to be taken at face value. There's a certain power to it as well, in that it isn't aggressive in tone like Pain's yet still conveys that this guy is a boss.
It's regal in a sense.
