First one is Shanks asks from marco to join him in Chapter 434 when shanks board on WB ship.

shanks intention - unknown



Bigmom & King
The second one in chapter 951. its after king solo Drop bigmom ship including her

bigmom intention - to complete her one missing race with king


Kaido & Zoro
Third one is the last Yet. its from Chapter 1010 after zoro leaves a body gift for kaido

this is the interesting one. before that Zoro made 2 yonkos dodge in fear, cut kaido more than 3 times, and blocked kaido+BM combined attack, and made bigmom fall to the see.

and then this happened - he 1v1 Kaido and gave him goosbumps also One and only person who Made kaido "huff huff" on Rooftop yet (ch1000-1021)

kaido intention - to conquer the world with Zoro

Kaido asking from Zoro to Join him while Nerfed from asura and "huff,huff"

King's refusal was more chilling than Marco's, but those two proposal happened in different contexts.

Kaido's words were directed to both Zoro and Law who were down on the ground and to Luffy, Kidd and Killer too (even tho Luffy was just getting up and Kidd/Killer were chasing Linlin) . That was basically Kaido's epitaph to the WG Leaders strenght.

Overall, the best scenario is the 3rd imo.

no lol law couldnt do a shit he couldnt even dodge thunder burga why he ask some weakling other than the one who gave a scar and only one who capable to made kaido "huf huf" yet
