My opinion could change heavily depending on what official colors they end up getting. But, at the moment:
Garling: This is the worst one. There's just way too much going on here. This is the outfit of someone who decided to throw everything they like into a single outfit. You have a fur-collared cloak which says "Norse Viking" to me. Armor pieces that say "Roman Legionnaire". And a waistcloth that says "Japanese Samurai". And a half-jacket vest top that says "British Duelist". If the shoulder armor went OVER the cloak, I think there'd be some improvement. As it is, I think the cloak is a little TOO slimming, which I don't think is the goal. I think you want to emphasize your shoulders a bit more than you are. But, this is all just too much. You need to pick a style and stick with it. This just looks like you threw a bunch of designs into a blender.
Sommers: This is how you do asymmetry wrong. He's just got way too much going on with his right side. Why do you have medals on your boots? Did your boots win a award? Because I doubt it. The rose and medals ONLY on his right side just make him look lopsided. But, you remove the medals, I think this is a pretty decent outfit. Sommers just needs to learn to simplify. We all love bling, but sometimes it can weigh you down. Sommers needs to learn to accessorize responsibly. Keep the belt buckle as your bling, but get rid of the other medals. The rose is fine, it's his signature and I get that. I'm not sure about the white gloves, though. They feel a bit out of place with the rest of the outfit. I would like to swap them out for something else. But, there is a good outfit underneath all the unnecessary accessories.
Shamrock: Now, this is a man who actually knows how to dress himself! This actually feels like a cohesively designed outfit! The designs on the collar match the designs on the cuffs of the sleeves. I think the black gloves add a bit of class. I even like the trim on the top of the boots. He's broken up his dark and light colors well, so you can tell where everything is. The cloak gives him a "carefree" feel, without making him feel messy. It just makes him feel well-traveled. It's got a theme. It's fashionable and it looks good on him. He looks like he'd be as comfortable on the battlefield as he would be at a gala. The clear best of the three, in my eyes.
