R1: Kakashi > Sanji > Piccolo
R2: Sanji >>>>>> Kakashi > Piccolo
R3: Kakashi > Piccolo > Sanji
R4: Piccolo > Kakashi > Sanji
R5: By manga portrayal and panelling it's Piccolo > Sanji > Kakashi, but because DB animation sucked ass by modern standards it's Sanji > Kakashi > Piccolo in the anime
R6: Piccolo is by far the most iconic for obvious reasons, then Kakashi then Sanji. Kakashi is probably the third or fourth most iconic character from Naruto (behind Naruto, Sasuke and possibly Itachi), which at least in western audiences was the more dominant of the Big 3 so he gets the nod over Sanji
Fav: Kakashi probably edges it over Sanji - Kakashi's a beautifully written character and probably Kishimoto's magnum opus in this way. Never really give Piccolo much thought - not much about him has changed since he had his turn from villain to hero in terms of character development etc.

Kakashi >> Piccolo > Sanji

Piccolo was relevant and important in every Z arc, for at least a bit. Training Gohan, fighting Frieza, saving Goku by fighting 17, Piccolo coming back in the Boo Saga as a teacher was great to see him go back to what he did at the start of Z.

But Kakashi just that guy

Sanji imo. Never really connected with the others. As I've gotten older I sorta of come to appreciate piccolo. Though this was an easy choice. Sanji was the reason I became a chef for ten years of my life. There's no faking with Sanji no bravado. He's going to do what he can and he's going to look good doing it.
