If Garp goes down will Teach send anyone at EmpyBluffs to collect the money ?

Is there any chance that they wont pay them and we'll have CG vs BBP & RHP arriving just in time for a 3 parties battle ?

You guys never played a final fantasy or other RPG games? The money comes from the underworld, CG is the middle man.
