Its alot of assuming but if they raid impel down with buggy recruiting weevil and crocodile getting doffy who would you want mihawk to recruit?

Honestly the Buggy/Mihawk/Croco dynamic is already gold comedy. We lost the old SHs but we gained this trio. I don't think Ida will just throw in Doffy and Weevil anytime soon. Doffy is a 4th man, trio works better, who overlaps with Croco and also his madness and evilness doesn't fit so well with Buggy plan. Weevil could even fit in well as the stupid brute (maybe become a true follower of Buggy like the others and defending him from Croco and Mihawk just to add to the comedy) but if they go to Impel down they have to take Doffy too.. I don't know, it could happen but it will stain this gold comedy trio.

She doesn't respect anyone in cross guild or men in general
