Seems like he's completely out of the question for most. Perhaps there's some timeline related matter as reason nobody makes the connection, or something else.
I guess most wouldn't make the association because he already has the Flame Emperor title.

There are other candidates, but it seems more likely the obvious is the truth. This is like Obito / Tobi in Naruto.

Doesn't mean they'd automatically share all their secrets just because Robin is part of the crew.

They clearly have their own secrets or we would have seen more of them throughout the story. Dragon is a literal unknown for most part.

The Burn scar dude was known for some time and has been roaming the seas in his black sails ship for some time. That's what the story has said. Kuzan met up with the BBP right after the start of the 2 year time skip. And they talked about the burn scar dude.

So he was out there for AT LEAST 2 years. Probably way more than that.

Sabo was out here without his memories, still being trained by Kuma and dragon.

He was not the fucking Scar dude lol.

Sabo literally has NO reasons to keep secrets from Dragon OR Robin.
