Boruto feels like its for 8-10 years old, I tried watching it (Naruto carryover effect) but damn its shit. It is easier for children to catch onto a new story than to follow one that is 25+ years old. I don't even understand what's so great about Naruto either, at first is was arguably the best the chunin exams arc but later it didn't remain the same. For some that Naruto and Sasuke bond is very attractive (not in a gay way) but I like OP and Luffy more for not being like that. Yes Luffy has gone to rescue his friends but its not cringe shit like Naruto and Sasuke.

OP and Kingdom are just that much more fascinating, I tried reading the Minato and the Sasuke and Sakura spin offs but I can't, they are not interesting at all.

Comparing Searches of Naruto and One Piece is inherently flawed, because Naruto is a manga AND the name of the protagonist.
One Piece is such an irrelevant concept in One Piece that even a child could see it.
Also, Naruto is completely Naruto centric, while One Piece is maybe half Luffy's show half random shit.

you couldn't be more wrong, one piece is far more luffy centric than naruto is naruto centric. All the strawhats exist to serve luffy and make his dream come true. Zoros entire character is based on serving luffy. Luffy always is the one that defeats the strongest and most important bad guy 1v1, outshining everyone, while the rest of the crew are fighting the insignificant subordinates.


Naruto is not like that at all, eg first fight against zabuza wasnt naruto beating zabuza 1v1, it was kakashi, naruto and sasuke all working as a team. Other characters were allowed to fight members of akatsuki, kishi let sakura and chiyo beat sasori and had naruto and kakashi chasing deidara and didnt even make naruto beat him, even had team guy fight him too. Naruto was not the one to beat orochimaru, one of the most prominent antagonists of the series, it was sasuke who killed him. It was sasuke who defeated itachi. If it was oda writing it, no doubt oda would have made naruto beat itachi instead.
