We all know by now that post ts one piece has been a 1/10. The fundamental patterns as to why it has been a 1/10 have been the same. The main characters being non existent, crew interactions shallow, pacing etc.
Thinking that the next arcs will be great is not probable. Oda is milking the story for profit and you can clearly see it unless you are an idiot.
Many people will start blaming the editors shounen jump shueisha toei or whatever for this but in my view it is entirely odas fault. Oda succumbed to shueishas will or to his desire to make as much money as he can. Either or it does not matter.
Oda has turned one piece from the pure piece of art it was to an evil piece of art.
A scene comes to mind from ruroni kenshin where kenshin himura and shinamori aoshi are fighting. Aoshi wanted to avenge his crew but kenshin did not kill them and seeked power in any way he could transforming himself into a mindless assassin.
Kenshin said to him(paraphrasing): "The way you are walking because of your dead friends is turning them into evil spirits." Because aoshi was justifying his criminal acts with the pretext of carrying their honor.
Kishimoto did not succumb to shueishas editing to the level of oda. Kaguya was an asspull because of boruto but in the end it did not hurt Naruto V Sasuke. Luffy is being hurt and the main story of op is being hurt
