That would be too stacked. They’d slaughter the Red Hair Pirates with such advantages.
Even besides the Seraphim, they could potentially command the Marines against them.

Maybe that’s what Oda is going for.

Nah they aren't strong enough to capture them without a fight and there was no indication they even knew the seraphim was on the island before they arrived
