until now, it's always been a moot point to argue if yonko or admiral is stronger.
but with the cross guild posters coming out, we may finally know how much admirals are worth

Question is how much of budget Buggy can afford..

Even if Admiral's bounty are significantly lower even than a YC, that's still doesn't mean anything. We still have good excuses

Buggy is not the WG: he can't afford to pay the same amount of money.

Besides that, Shanks has a lower bounty than BM; Is he weaker? Katakuri has a bounty almost as high as Jack; are the two equal in term of strenght? Sabo had a lower bounty than Snack; was he weaker than Snack?
And so on and so forth.

If something will put and end to this debat, this won't be Buggy's bountys.
