Questions & Mysteries Will there be a Mythical Zoan, Model Baku?

Before the Yokai forms of the Five Elders were revealed many thought one of them would turn into the Baku. You can see that in this random picture I found on the internet.

We know now that this was wrong. But there could still be a Mythical Bakufruit. The Yokai is said to eat dreams. Fits very well with the theme of One Piece. Will there be a Bakufruit? I think so. I believe the Baku Baku no Mi is wronlgy categorized, just like the Gumo Gumo no Mi was.

....Actually, thinking about it, it would make a lot of sense for Blackbeard's Fruit to secretly be a Baku Fruit. He steals Fruit powers by "eating dreams". He never sleeps. Huh. That works better than it should.

I"m not sure if I actually believe it. But, it's a interesting possibility.

But, at this stage of the story, it feels like only Blackbeard or Imu would really be "worthy" to possess the Baku Fruit, since it's so thematically appropriate. And Imu seems to have a different kind of form entirely, at least as it looks right now. So, if Blackbeard isn't the one who has it, then I don't think anyone in the story is likely to have it.

It would make for a fun Fruit to use in a Movie, though.

i think blackbeard doesn't sleep because he knows the baku could be around. he came to drum to eliminate the risk of having his dreams taken away. wapol just hasn't awakened it yet.
