So I haven't figured it out yet, but with al that is said in chapter 1037 it could be possible that Zunisha ate the devilfruit they are talking about and he is the lurking legend Oda told about. The Gorosei said the devilfruit is a legend and hasn't awakened for centuries. That is because Zunisha has been alive and hidden all this time. For now this is all I want to share. Maybe you all can help and I can edit the theory in the future.

The main question is on why someone would hide the true nature of a devil fruit and give it a unique name. It has to be immensly powerful.

I personally think it could be an Island Island Fruit, seeing how big Zunesha is and how a forest us growing on its back even though it gers flodded with salt water every day, which should over salinate the earth in 1000 years.

Honestly I think zunisha being shown could be a distraction. I am certain the fruit being talked about is toki’s( odens wife) fruit. Because her fruit allowed her to skip through time for centuries and she is a waino character. Zunisha could also possibly be an island that ate a devil fruit since it is established that inanimate objects can eat devil fruits

Then luffy, kaido and big meme have to team up to beat it, because oda stated that it will become the greatest obstacle/enemy for straw hats, its clear that the lurking legend is a villain

I recall they mentioned it had yet not awakened and was merely a legend but at the same time they should have been aware of Zunisha's existence too, just like being aware of the existence of Hana and Luffy's Gomu and even Law's Ope so that alone is not indicating anything on the subject matter...
