I seriously bear a feeling the scums are Light and Dragomir guys.

Light was scum last turbo game and he behaved the same way.
Dragomir's logic regarding Usopp is flawed to me.

Also Jew looked too scummy for the reasoning I highlighted, it's my bad, but it's what it is.
