On of the most important parts of this manga are the marines!In my top 10 fav characters are Aokiji,Fuji and X Drake,in between 10 and 20 are Kizaru and Akainu.

Also cool marine to me are Garp,Smoker,Sengoku,Gion,Tokikake,Hina,Bogard.....so you can say that I am a fan.

Admirals, Sengoku, Garp and Smoker are cool. There are also other good characters like Drake, Hina and Tashigi.

But it's normal that pirates are more popular. They have more original designs and are more charismatic. To be honest, the only marine in my top 20 favorite characters is Kizaru. But in general, I'm a fan.
