luffy's danger value is 400 million makes complete sense at the time after MF. so does sanji's 330 after WCI, it's not about how much their bounty increased. it's about their whole value.
luffy already was making trouble for the WG being dragon's son is just a bonus, sanji's supposed association with the germa makes him a danger to the WG cuz they don't know their family situation. so they increased his bounty regardless of his efforts at WCI.

Why would they get the same bounty ? They didn't have a bounty before sanji did. They all got bounties and sanji had his increased. Are you slow or something?

Because bounties are just about threat level. If the WG considers being a vinsmoke as a 330 million berry danger it’s going to boost all their bounties to that.
