Well he kinda does. He already lost 7 times and was captured 18 times. Why would the 19th be different ?

ZKK is possible but it hinges a lot on how much Oda is willing to change course from how he’s usually handled things. And when it comes to character deaths you already know how it goes in this manga. That alone is enough to cast reasonable doubt. Kaido being incapacitated seems the most likely and being incapacitated would end his career/dreams; about as close you can get to death in One Piece.

Except his title he has shown nothing impressive sadly, his feats are YC2 level, except maybe the iceberg feat that can still be replicated by Admirals for example. Only his title and "hype" maybe places him low Admiral level at best for now.
