Destructive Power? What power? I only remember said man fainting to combination of nerfer and fox. If your Monster, you don't faint in your fights especially all he needs is just a hit and he is out XD.

Sanji defeated an giant start of post-timeskip and beaten PO. He got credible threats he defeated. Still waiting on Zoro though as his past 4 fights made him as hype tool for enemies overall.

Shounen characters get stronger each arc and Sanji showing that, but Zoro...When he can fixed his fainting spells and break cages, he can try to get back with the crew. Usopp served better fighter than him as at least he didn't faint after losing to combination if Sugar and Trebol. He even unlock Haki afterwards and thus you see improvement compare the man with magic sword :cheers:.
