I am confident that Zoro has CoC, his Will Power (which mean hacky which mean most Op thing to have in One Piece) is over the roof.

There is no chance that Oda isn't saving any thing for the future when Luffy and Zoro get their power-ups. Gear 5, Ashura, etc.

This was a combined Yonkou move, thus it's reasonable to assume that neither Big mom or Kaido can dish out this DC on their own otherwise a combo attack would be redundant.

Maybe Kaido's strongest attack has the same amount of DC

For sure. That’s the reason they removed Big Mom to begin with, so they can zone in on Kaido and the road to victory is looking more feasible now.

Zoro endured part of the strongest attack in One Piece after it overwhelmed his block. There's no basis for Luffy having better endurance than Zoro.

Umm Law got him out of the way before that attack melts him. So no he didn't not "endure the strongest attack in OP" he was able to resist it (not perfectly either) for one second b4 Law saved him for sure death (something Zoro admitted)
