13 pages usually mean multiple double-spreads. Not necessarily less content drawing-wise.

I am pretty sure we will get this info when we get closer to him or latest when fighting him, because he will have some flashback to Roger or smth. Just wait, Kaido is the final enemy here, he gets his Focus when he appears.
