Reading the spoiler again, the King's Haki statement comes right before Luffy waking up and explaining King's Haki, so it might be related to him actually. We'd probably need a more detailed summary or the chapter itself for confirmation though

It's smart from Oda to have Zoro being down for a while, it would have been impossible to enjoy the dome fights as long he was fighting with all the epicness he was delivering on the rooftop

Oda has been doing this since Post TS. Always hiding Zoro from having these long drawn out fights. He's already had insane feats though. Blocking 2 Yonko combined attack was too much. using CoC on Kaido and injuring him is another. Can you believe this? Zoro confirmed to have CoC.

I think there's more to the spoiler so it is indeed thunder bagua did Kaido attack Zoro with that that's how he falls? if it is then Luffy speech "leave the rest to me" that makes more sense.
