the reason to why the leaker(?) is saying that this time is with Haoushoku is because this time the black lightning appears before they attack.

But didn´t Katakuri and Luffy basically do the same in WCi arc.

leaker says that coc attack has lightening even before attack hits, luffy's attacks at the last of the chapter has it, kaido's coc related attacks have it but ashura doesnt

So zoro wasn’t nerfed like people said. He would have became nerfed if he didn’t use it at that point in time
