I'm sure Ryuma and Mihawk could have it, i just don't understand how Roger, WB and Shanks don't have black blades yet.

Because regardless of whether they are swordsman or not their natural shtick is the King's haki while people like Ryuma and Mihawk naturally lean towards armament haki. Look at the patterns Oda has created ever since he introduced the special haki for each Strawhat. The stoic samurai guy is always good at armament haki, the leader type of characters who value peace, friendship and freedom over their strength are always Highlighted for being adept at King's haki.

The black blade is an embodiment of the stoic swordsman's soul and natural Talent for armament haki. The "kings" Could not or do not want their blade to be black.

But he has unlocked advanced CoC And Advanced CoA at age of 19

Fujitora and Greenbull are second stringers.

War portrayal: Kizaru clashed with Benn Beckman and Marco mainly, and Rayleigh before, he always fights the number 2s, and has direct beef with Zoro from when he tried to murder him specifically while injured. Akainu was WBs main opponent and clashed with Shanks.

Akainu overcame Aokiji and has grown since, haki blooms in a battlefield afterall. Also aside from odd exceptions like Garp, the marines run on a strength hierarchy to some extent and he has been promoted above the 3 admirals.

Aokiji and Akainu are approximate equal and haki doesn’t always bloom. Otherwise Katakuri wouldnt have been overpowered by Luffy.

Aokiji in the war fought someone weaker than Kizaru but was shown to be Akainus equal even though Akainu fought someone much stronger than Aokiji.

The admirals are set up all to be about equal.

Also second stringers? Fuji and Ryo weren’t in the marines until the time skip where they instantly rose to the rank of admiral so they literally can’t be second stringers.
