First of all, there is still plenty time where he could have trained. Also the manga is about Luffy, not Kid, Kid could have his Training since he left Udon. Thats plenty of time, specially because he fought Kaido before (even he lost) and also the shanks pirates. He had plenty of situations to grow from.

the only way luffy beats big mom and kaidou is if all admirals, FA, garp, sengoku, blackbeard show up for help and even then it's a close call.
the worst gen of foddernovas I doubt they can even beat the yonkou crews like king, queen, smoothie, jack, kyoshiro.

GB is a wild card, he is paired with Fuji but his name is also linked to MomO tale story.
Since They need to leave one admiral at Hq so Akainu himself may stay.

Surely he needs a way to damage this top tiers so what's he got in order to damage them? You think his magnetism can fling metals hard enough to do jack shit to kaido or momma? Or do you think he just developed advanced armament on his own without being taught?

Dont know from whom, maybe he just listened in Udon too and tried to learn it by himself? Or he met anyone else? Maybe Denjiro? Plenty of possibilities, but mainly, he is not the Main-Character of the Manga, thats why most stuff of him happens offpaneled. And still, he is build up to be Luffys Rival, which means he grows in more or less the same stages.
And your question is like asking me how some Rubber-Boy will beat a Monster like Kaido. Step by step we can understand and figure it out, but 20 years ago, nobody would have an idea.

Nobody said that, but we just dont know if or how or what. We never saw him getting trained by anyone or even saw a fight of him. But still he is a supernovae who faced Yonkos and is still alive, still searching for revenge and wants to go against them. He is not weak, obviously, he seems pretty strong and still we dont know who trained him, if someone trained him or what he is able to.
