Nah I don't think that's happening. People forget that Big Mom (as O-Lin) wanted to share the Oshuriko with Tama specifically so she wouldn't go hungry.

The chapter title in fact has nothing to do with Queen (I was totally wrong about this earlier), it's 100% in relation to Tama and BM only, due to their interactions at Udon

I doubt that Tama is just going to let Big Mom be. Its obvious they are going to use her.

Because the Post Celestial dragons era will be the most peaceful the OP world has been in over 800 years. The Navy Top Guys are just as strong as the Pirate Top Guys cause they need to be at that level to survive against them. Since this era will be the climax of the series I expect the current Pirates ( Luffy/BB), Marines (Akainu) to be the strongest they've ever been.

Don't see how Koby or Smoker could ever grow so strong or even stronger.

People are assuming a lot from incomplete previews. She's not o-lin. For all we know she's pretending to be nice to get Tama to do something.
