The simple fact that he had CoO and CoA at most already exaggerated for LARINES, which in a way can only have a good CoO and not CoA, or just a good CoA and average CoO, both 2 types of HAKI excluding COC, proved useless against KAIDO, even at its peak, Future Vision, and Ryou.
