Jack is impressive to me.
At his young age is his above a large part of the YC who are almost all older than him with more experience.
But about the other point it's simple math, if Sanji beat King or Queen who treat Jack like a stupid little brother it means that he is already stronger than him unless he receives a power up during the fight itself.

Invisibility is a villain power because you need to have a scumbag side to your character in order to use it. The Blackbeard pirates and Blackbeard himself have many times shown that they don't care how, they just wanna win. Invisibility fits Shyrou because he's a villain, a villain that is going to use cheap tricks to win. Do you really want a strowhat to use power like that?
