Ironically Luffy has been KO'd twice while Zoro didn't actually lose consciousness yet for certain.

Even if you say he did after the Ragnorak, it would be 1 to Luffy's 2.
zoro never took any attack directly... the named attack from big mom and Jairo almost killed him
And thunder vagus knocked him out up until danio bandaged him

also the main focus of the emperors the whole fight was luffy
No supernova is a top tier yet... even after this arc they will be in betweeners, cause from what we have seen to be called a top tier is to be able to give another top tier high to extreme difficulty

kaido current strongest pirate has fought 14 people and still able to k.o luffy just shows you how monstrous the emperors are and there are only 4
With one of them being a one hand no df human

No you read it again zoro only stopped it for a moment which kidd acknowledged.
I don't now if you feel like I'm attacking Zoro or something and you feel the need to die on this hill but let me be clear that I still consider that limited block a top feat in the series. That whole sequence it's made clear Zoro is taking a sacrifice and choosing to get wiped out so the rest can survive and Zoro says that himself so the idea of Law moving everyone after Zoro buys time is what makes the most sense, the idea that you would say ''thanks for blocking IF ONLY FOR A SECOND'' to someone that blocked a move entirely would be weird.

Either law moved all of them or he just moved himself.
Law kidd and killer go to zoro luffy goes to kaido.
Law moved himself and Zoro. That's why they are shown together.
He seemingly took all the explosion actually.
Being engulfed in the attack broke Zoro's bones LOL
Nope. Zoro was not shown engulfed by the attack. Zoro blocks it for a second and Law Shambled him to safety.

Because your issue with Luffy winning that way was refuted, and you say that the opposite (Luffy losing) is manufactured drama. More artificial than any other time a protagonist loses to a major enemy?

And sure, he might still have Gear 4 to get up under his own power, but there is a zero percent chance it beats Kaido before it runs out.
I mean, those two things can be (and, I believe, ARE) mutually exclusive - Luffy’s obviously not gonna die right here, so yeah, manufactured drama for the sake of stoking tension. Whatever way Luffy wins is not indicative of whether or not he WILL prevail, I don’t think I’ve ever taken issue with the latter aspect; going multiple rounds with any given antagonist is also fine, God knows Oda’s done that as many times as he pleases. If we start from the knowledge that Luffy is gonna win one way or another, THEN we start getting into HOW, and that’s where it becomes a problem for me and quite a few others.
