There is no dissipation it's still clearly there just broken through
Zoros haki can't be there if zoro isn't there. He wasn't found away anywhere. Law didn't move shit.

Anyways, the anime will clarify the Law teleportation scene most probably. That can't even be non canon as it'll show just what the characters did at that moment and won't be 'adding' anything of it's own.

It's not dissipating it's still there and broken through
There can't be ANY haki there without zoro being there as its his haki. The fact its still there shows he wasn't moved.

It is shown to be dissipating hence the compactness is diluted with broadening.

Nami never fought Galette 1 vs 1 on-screen so I don't know how you can say that Is this some kind of anime only thing? We only saw Luffy and Nami being 2 vs the entire enraged army . We only saw Nami being restrained by Galette power (Once gain we didn't saw how that happened, but we already know Nami was focused on several enemies at the same time since she just striked down a couple of of them) which was strong enough to hold Sanji and Reiju.
