Sidenote: BM has had bruises all over her face since Franky's motorbike rode over her. Then Robin's Delphinium and then Rooftop battle. Two chapters ago, when BM was looking for Kid she was already bruised. So nothing too special for Kid
Sidenote 2: BM needed more time and panels to recover from motorbike's attack then Kidd's Punk Gibson

Kaido after Retainers , SNs ashura and adcoc luffy attacks = almost clean like nothing happened

Why do I feel like Luffy stamina got worse since the Katakuri's fight? Like has he ever passed out this many before?

Oda is regressing Luffy fighting stats. He forgot FS, his haki won't last more than 20 minutes. Now his ultimate stat endurance also gotten worse. Slowly he will lose gears, his haki will come down to 1 minute usage and finally he will lose his devil fruit powers.

BM wasn’t aiming at or attacking Kidd. So that blow could’ve been strong enough to beat the weaklings but not a SN.

No, that is just Japanese samurai wank. On screen, the only sever injury Kaidou took was togen whatever attack. And then Oden was one shot and it was cheap because Oda doesn't want Oden his precious Japanese samurai look bad. That fight was shittest of all in the Oden flashback, only second to Oden dance.

Admirals fight for days because they're weak asses and on the same level. Kaido bodies them faster than he 'beat' Luffy.

They can use their haki for days man luffy barely can 20-30 min kizaru would turn luffy in melted condom
