Luffy lost to kaido 2 times already..

The 2nd loss is even luffy pwered up learning advanced armament haki (ryuo) & recently add conqueror haki.. Meaning luffy is in yonko / oden level..

It will be strange for the plot if luffy got a sudden power up again and suddenly can beat kaido..

Let say kaido also beaten..and story move to blackbeard shanks world government laugh tale arc, If the old yonkos (kaido & BM) is still alive and they're still more powerful than straw hat alliance, it will also weird for the plotline..

BM wasn’t aiming at or attacking Kidd. So that blow could’ve been strong enough to beat the weaklings but not a SN.

That’s what should have happened. He should have dropped Zoro off with Sanji and then went back to the roof to help his alliance partner who he alliance with to take down Kaido. Oda just forcing Law into this Big Mom fight for nothing. At least Kidds got some beef with her and it keeps up his rivalry with Luffy. Why put Law here instead of against Kaido?
