No it's not. That's just him turning parts into zoan form like arms into wings or legs into talons
There's no hybrid transformation there

If I recall correctly however those talons and wings didn't look different from the previous ones so probably no hybrid, just him turning into zoan partially

He still gets mobility from his df as well as attack power using his talons...........the only thing he will get is use of his hands which he rarely uses so.........

No thats my point a hybrid doesn't just turn your body parts into zoan form its a mix. All Marco has done is partial normal zoan changes.

Hybrid form should change the structure of the original zoan and Marco didn't. It's not a guarantee but looks pretty logically consistent from what we acknowledged so far.
