Depends on if said weaklings benefit from plot armor or not.

But i'd say Akainu since Kaido tends to want to recruit pirates whereas Sakazuki kills them.

Kaido not even close honestly. U can’t even conceive of hurting this freak, unless u have multiple top tier stats. So for fodder ur looking at someone completely unstoppable literally!!!

Akainu powerful in his own right. But with “luck” u might can kill him(only need basic haki to hurt him) That’s not even realistic with Kaido. It’s run or get clapped.

To a fodder both offense about the same, way out of their league.

I say akainu. Kaido will beat you into submission but akainu will punch burning holes in your body and will kill you. For kaido to kill you you'd have to reject his offer to join the crew.

Akainu is scarier not only cause of his strength and deadly fruit (in that regard Kaido is about equal), but because of his intelligence, dedication and mentality. I'm sure any OP character would rather be chased by Kaido than by Akainu.

I'll go with kaido because just by mentioning kaidos name people shake in there boots, mingo was so scared he started sweating but we it came to kuzan who's close in strenght to akainu mingo didn't even care to pay him no mind,

i think kaido is a nicer guy compared to akainu, i would fear akainu more.

Obviously Akainu.

Kaidou just wants a good opponent to end his life and completes him.

But he suffered PTSD from a scar that has no influence over his fighting function at all. His mental condition is overly fluctuative and contradictive its a blatant plot that skews anything he stands for.

In comparison, Pre-TS Akainu wasnt affected by that since Oda was still brave enough to put some figures above the others in powerlevel, instead of trying to hype everyone vaguely and somewhat equally / obscurely.

In universe it’s gotta be Kaido because of his reputation. I also think he’s the stronger of the two. But for me personally I’d be much more afraid of Akainu. He’s without mercy. At least Kaido you could join his crew.
