Sanji most hardcore values come from Zeff's teachings.
His hatred towards the Vinsmokes is not stronger than his desire to protect his friends. In WCI he learned his shortcomings. He couldn't have rescued Luffy without his siblings help. Since Sanji is not the MC that gets some magical instant power up in 2 seconds, he needed something that could make him catchup fast.
Hence the power ranger.
His hatred towards Judge is NOT on the same level as his "not kicking women", or "protecting" his friends desires.
Using the Suit is something he was reluctant at first, but quickly changed his mind. Oda even makes sure the character states the reasons for his decision.
"we are up against em emperor. I need power to protect my friends" etc etc.
It REALLY doesn't get any clearer than this.
You may not like the suit anyway, but saying that it "kills the character" or it "changes its core" is objectively wrong.
Besides, Luffy and Zoro are not Sanji.
They are different characters, with different beliefs, and different approaches to conflicts.
I still don't like the raid suit, but I think those examples are wrong. In the Sanji one you used his principles, his pride in change of a power up. You should do the same with Zoro, for example, by not using his sword but still his pride. Zoro swallowed his pride by let Mihawk teaching him swordmanship and the same Sanji did by using the Germa tech.
Like I said, still I don't like the raid suit, because it is something that give Sanji a power up with skills he already has (like why would he care for floating when he knows sky walk?). I mean Sanji could have had a power up with better haki control instead of a suit. I don't know.

You can repeat same lie million times it won't come true, show me the chapter that states Enma as this magical sword you claim.

Oh so wearing Okama dress is a shame according to you? You people take things out of context. Zoro did dogeza, begged Mihawk to train him, so where is his pride? Oh he swallowed his pride for his captain but somehow Sanji did wrong but Zoro is great right? The only shit thing Sanji did post skip was beating his captain but of course Sanji ain't completely wrong given the Luffy 'stellar' performance against Yonkos.
