Jack was never told to be truly defeated like P1 and Ulti knocked out(Ulti 2 times). Jack was really funny actually, he lose the battle made some speech and walk away like a crying dog. Meanwhile Kaido and the other Scabbards were just watching Minks vs Jack like a Pokemon battle or whatever.

What? Rob Lucci was stated by marines that he was defeated. He was in fact defeated. Just like Ulti was told to be defeated by her own crew. She is defeated now.


If you truly want to argue you should come up with a situation that enemy teams is stating some of their owns to be defeated but it wasn't.

Look, this war will last for a longer time after Ulti's defeat... Recovery is still possible... Unlike when Lucci (a non-Awakened, non-Ancient) was defeated and the SHs escaped the battlefield after a few minutes... Again, BH's announcement is not an assurance of perma KO...

I don't get why people want 5 acts in the first place. Like, what do you hope you'll get from it?

I still believe that's it's likely that Oda's initial plan for Wano was a 5 act structure, but like his editors said his pacing has been crazy during Act 1-2 which might indicate that Oda sacrificed plot points to shorten the arc.
It may be possible that the entire war will end in Act 3 and then we'll get a short Act 4
