Regarding the topic "strong man", it depends on perspectives.
A strong man isn't just defined by his physique but also how strong his mind is. I'd say, being independent, confident, crying in circumstances (yes, I wouldn't say that's a weakness at all), kind, showing up to your own principles also define a strong man.
You can be bulked up as hell and still be a "weak man"; thus, characteristics such as being a narcissist are not really good points for being strong imo.
Confidence and arrogance are still two different things.

In army a lot of people cried how hard it is, cried how bad the food was, condition etc... I heard crying every single day I was in batallion... I never cried once, never cheated training, allways were on any task or challange. I wanted to push myself to limit, and it was great.... while allmost most of people there tried to get away from everything.... so yeah, I believe man are getting weaker and more feminine.... real man endure a lot of shit, thats what I learned in my village where I had to work hard physical labor since I was 8
I agree with your argument here.... but in army most man carried all womans stuff or womans themselves. there are tough woman thats for sure, woman tougher than most man. but its rarier ( and I wasnt speaking of woman in my post anyways).... My entire attitude to life is survivalism, I dont train to be strong I train to endure a lot
I know you were talking about men, but I’m saying the thing applies to women too.
Everyone was stronger and tougher physically and possibly even mentally at a time when they had to build their own house, have their own farm animals, crops.
