Onigashima is likely extremely close to the flower Capital in fact at this point I wouldn't be surprised if we were in wano the next time we get an update on the location of floating Onigashima.
I think Luffy is going to be captured or defeated by Kaido and Kaido will put Luffy on an execution platform in the capital just like Yasuie and Momo.
While he's on the platform unconscious Luffys hat will fly off and fall right in front of Zoro, this will trigger him similar to how seeing Okikus arm did and we'll get a cool moment of Zoro briefly putting on Luffys hat so he can protect the hat and hold his swords, Zoro will then
Defeat King in an astonishing manner that Shocks Marco and everyone else around him.
Zoro will ask Marco to fly him to Luffy and Marco will fly Zoro to Luffy.
Kaido gives Zoro the option of committing seppuku in order to save his captain. Zoro will appear like he's about to kill himself but last minute He Will send an amazing slash with Enma that will save Luffy from the scaffold and deeply Wound Kaido Again. The panel will be a call back to the seppuku scene at the beginning of Wano.
Zoro will get a Chapter titled Emperor Kaido vs Zoro, just Like Luffy did in the Flower capital. Zoro will fight Dragon form Kaido and the Choreography will be similar to the punk hazard fight against the dragon but without luffy.
Zoro will hold is own but then Kaido will transform into his regular form and hit him clean with Thunder Bagua.
Kaido thinking Zoro is knocked out will go into his full Dragon form and use an elemental Attack causing destruction in the flower capital
Zoro will then get up in a similar Stance he did in the Mr.1 Fight. Zoro himself will acknowledge this by saying "this feels like back then". Kaido will look at Zoro shocked.
Zoro will get Flashbacks to Mihawk and Gyukimaru's words about Black Blade and the time Ryuma gave him Shisui. That is when Zoro will use one final attack, "Great Dragon Blaze" Kaido will try to counter but the Attack will finally Land this time.
But Unlike Ryumas Dragon Kaido Neck will remain in Tact, However Kaido will be heavily wounded and state that he seems to be nearing his end, and acknowledge Zoro's strength, saying he's one of the greatest swordsman he's ever come across. Kaido will then transform back into his regular form with blood gushing out of his neck. The Side effects of Zoro's Drug will kick in and he will be Paralyzed with Pain, but still standing, near death himself.
Kaido will then try to attack Zoro with one last Thunder Bagua to finish paralyzed Zoro off for Good, Zoro standing in his nothing happened pose has flashbacks of when he luffy asks him to join and smiles.
That is when Luffy regains consciousness and stops Kaidos Club from hitting Zoro but this time he'll break the Club in the process, Kaido will be shocked
And then the Final Battle of Luffy vs Kaido will begin in the same Place Started.
